Set-Up Fees: There are no setup fees charged but there will be a $25 per hour charge for ads designed or changes needed by our graphics team.
Placement: Premium pages are the only pages with
guaranteed placement. If you have a special request regarding ad
placement (position), please make sure your sales representative
is aware of your needs and we will try to accommodate you. Deadlines: Advertisements: Online-ready ads must
be received by the 20th of each month preceding each issue. Ads that
require set-up and Advertorials must be received by the 1st of each
month preceding each issue. Format: File types: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe PDF. No Microsoft Publisher or Corel Draw Files will be accepted. Illustrator Files: Convert text to outlines,
convert colors to CMYK (remove colors not used from palette) and
save as an EPS file. PSD Files: Include your PSD file, photos/illustrations,
and fonts used in file. Graphics should be 300
dpi (print size) or 75 for a banner ad. PDF Files: Check ad size, delete unused colors,
and convert all colors to CMYK before generating PDF.
Make sure that compression options are set to none. ( DO
NOT COMPRESS FILES.) Make sure fonts are embedded. Or,
if you save page as .EPS and then use Acrobat Distiller, set the
default to pdf/x-1a:2001 compliant or pdf/x-3:2002.

You can also use yousendit ro your own personal ftp as a means of deliver to us.
