Chef Greg McGowan will be teaching us the tips and tricks behind cooking three delicious dishes: House Spiced Wagyu New York Strip Loin- Sous Vide, Grilled Corn Elote Style and Tito’s Compressed Watermelon & Grilled Avocado Salad. In addition, McGowan will be going through how to perfect a delicious Strawberry MoTito using Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
In the confirmation email, registrants will be provided with a Shopping List to get groceries, which will allow them to get everything they need to follow McGowan’s lead to perfect these delicious meals!
Chef Greg McGowan is an award-winning chef with more than 24 years of culinary experience. He recently joined the team at Kolter Hospitality in opening Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale — the first hotel on Las Olas Boulevard in more than 70 years.
