Broadway Musical The Color Purple at SMDCAC

Don’t miss the official Broadway tour of The Color Purple, the 2016 Tony Award® winner for Best Musical Revival hailed as “a glory to behold” (The New York Times) and “a direct hit to the heart” (The Hollywood Reporter). Based on a Pulitzer Prize winning novel, this epic story of a young woman’s journey to love and triumph in the American South is set to a Grammy®-winning score of jazz, gospel, ragtime and blues.
