HEMINGWAY DAYS

The annual Papa-fest turns 36 this year and features readings, a museum exhibit of rare Ernest Hemingway memorabilia, a zany “Running of the Bulls,” a three-day marlin tournament, a short story competition, street fair and, of course, the famous Look-Alike Contest. The great writer spent a lot of time in Key West in the 1930s and each year fans of his work and exuberant lifestyle gather there to party and pay homage to him.
