Join for a lecture, demonstration, and presentation brought to you by Omote Senke Domonkai Eastern Region USA with Tea Master and Professor Akira Ozasa of Kyoto Omote Senke Headquarters. Professor Ozasa will explain the principles of the Omote Senke tea tradition and demonstrate how the tea is prepared and served to guests. Each guest will also enjoy a bowl of matcha green tea with sweets after the demonstration.
