Spooky Empire’s Ultimate Horror Weekend Brings The Walking Dead’s
Carol, Carl, Merle and Many More to Orlando Oct. 24-26

Fans of “The Walking Dead” can enjoy the season five premiere on Oct. 12 and then meet stars from the hit AMC series at Spooky Empire’s Ultimate Horror Weekend at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Universal Studios Oct. 24-26.

Current and past “The Walking Dead” cast members scheduled appear at the Ultimate Horror Weekend include Melissa McBride (Carol), Chandler Riggs (Carl), Michael Rooker (Merle), who also starred in the number one movie of the summer, “Guardians of the Galaxy”; Lew Temple (Axel), whose credits also include “The Devil’s Rejects,” and Vincent Ward (Oscar).
Also appearing will be the kids of “The Walking Dead”: Madison Lintz (Sophia); Meyrick Murphy (Megan); Kylie Szymanski (Penny); and Kyla Kennedy (Mika).
Other celebrities slated to appear are: David Giuntoli and Bitsie Tulloch from “Grimm” (Sunday only) Tobin Bell (Saw I-Saw VI); Dee Wallace (The Howling,Cujo, ET, & Grimm); Tara Reid (Urban Legend, Sharknado); Chris Sarandon (Fright Night, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Bordello of Blood) Josh Stewart (The Collector,The Collection,The Dark Knight Rises), Locklyn Munro from “Freddy vs. Jason,” “Scary Movie,” “Charmed” “Dead Man on Campus”

Supporting Rob Zombie’s “Halloween” are cast members Tyler Mane (X-Men), Scout Taylor-Compton, Kristina Klebe (Chillerama) and Daeg Faerch (Hitch)

The event also will feature such classic movie stars as: Terry Moore (Mighty Joe Young (1949, Batman) Suzanna Leigh (The Deadly Bees,Son of Dracula) and Clu Gulager (Return of the Living Dead).

Musicians appearing at the Ultimate Horror Weekend include: Rudy Sarzo (Ozzy Osbourne, Quiet Riot, Whitesnake, Dio, and Queensryche) Sean Yseult (White Zombie) and Stephen Pearcy (Ratt)

Get inked by celebrity tattoo artists Alli Baker (Best Ink) and T.J. Hal (Ink Master: Season 2)

Horror genre fans from around the country and the world come to Orlando for the Ultimate Horror Weekend, one of the largest horror conventions in the United States. The event features an impressive line-up of celebrities including horror, science fiction and fantasy film and television actors and directors, rock stars and musicians, horror novelists and graphic artists, and more.
